The fee includes material, lunch and coffee and tea during breaks.

For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received by February 1, 2017.
The amount of registration fees remitted, minus a 15% handling fee, will be refunded after the course. Substitutions are accepted with written notification. After February 1, 2017, no refunds will be made.
Payments should be made directly to Onderwijs aan Medici BV.
Please make sure your remittance is marked ‘Rhinoplasty’ and is free of transfer charge. Bank cheques should include bank charges. Credit cards are not accepted.
